Bookings - Bookings to be made via email or phone. A 10% deposit will be required on booking and the balance is required 4 weeks before arrival date. Cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival date will incur a loss of deposit due to administration cost.

Security Deposit - A cheque deposit/holding of £300 will be required to cover for any breakages and key/security pass replacement if lost during your stay. This will be refunded in full within two weeks of your departure date where there are no losses or breakages.

• Meet & Greet service with check-in and checkout of £30.
• Final Cleaning of £40.

Optional
• Changing Linen and Towels for £25 (King Size Bed) and £20 (Queen Size Bed).

We accept payments by bank transfer in major currencies, credit card, debit card and paypal. All booking paid by credit card will have an additional charges of 2.5% processing fees. 4% processing fees apply if the booking paid through paypal.
